To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Please note: After 14 days of receipt of your shipment, all returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Only returns with an approved RMA will be processed.

Are there any charges for return?
- All goods returned with a valid RMA within 14 days will receive a full refund - including original shipping (subject to being received in the original condition)
- You are responsible for arranging return shipping and any subsequent charges (we highly recommend using a tracked delivery service). We may ask you to provide a proof of postage
- Revolve Technologies Ltd reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee, at their discretion
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- Returns must be shipped within 14 days of RMA approval
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment. This usually takes 3-5 days depending on your card issuer / bank
